Blending therapeutic deep tissue bodywork with intuitive sound, this signature experience works on both the physical and energetic body.

The session begins with a 60 minute customised deep tissue massage, using slow, intentional techniques to ease muscular tension, release stored stress, and support overall alignment within the body.

You will then be guided into 30 minutes of stillness, where therapeutic sound is introduced using singing bowls, gong, and intuitive instruments. The vibrations gently move through the body, helping to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and deepen the sense of relaxation.​
