Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by The Wandering Yogini Wellness. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Services

Services include yoga sessions, deep tissue massage, sound healing, and signature treatments. All sessions are designed to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Bookings

All bookings are made through Fresha. It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details are correct at the time of booking.

Payments

Payment terms are managed through Fresha and must be completed as required to secure your appointment.

​

Cancellation policy

Any appointment that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled must be done with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee, which will be taken via the card

provided at the time of booking. If you forget or choose not to attend your appointment, this will be considered a ‘no-show’ and will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

 

​Health & responsibility

By attending a session, you confirm that: You are physically and mentally fit to participate, you will inform the practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns.

All treatments are undertaken at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to communicate any discomfort during the session.

 
Liability

The Wandering Yogini Wellness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in sessions, except where required by law.

 
Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 
Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or update services, pricing, or availability at any time.
